Really a good location. Great scheme in place for eco travellers, where if you put on the door a sign hanger to say you don't need house keeping, they will leave a token on your bed and you get a free drink in the bar.

The room was nice, comfortable and well equipped. I liked the smell of the soap in the bathroom! The view from the room was very nice as well. Air-conditioner worked perfectly. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the downtown, and very close to bus/tram stops from where one can directly reach the railway station and the airport. Breakfast was a bit limited, it would be good to have at least some vegetables.

Amazing service from the moment we checked in. Timothy, the manager, went over and beyond to smoothen out initial problems with check-in. We had booked via Booking.com, and somehow, they had booked a 4 adult stay even though we are 2 adults and 3 children. We had also booked the half board option, but again Booking.com had only booked this for 4 adults. Initially, we were told we had to pay extra for the additional meal, but Timothy thr manager went out of his way to rectify the issue. He had a word with the restaurant manager, and they agreed to add on an extra person for free for the meal options. Timothy and all his colleagues treated us with respect, and every day, we had someone check in with us to make sure we were OK and our needs were being meant. The restaurant staff were also amazing. we had fantastic food and service. The plat du jour was always a bonus surprise. It was not available on weekends, but that was fine. We recommend this hotel for the service, care and attention, great good and atmosphere. We loved the fresh water dispenser and the table football/soccer in the accueil. We loved that we were in the heart of the city. We loved the housekeeping service and once again the amazing food! Well done, Ibis Meriadeck !

Clean facilities and no bedbugs. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location fairly central and all a short walking distance. There is also free cold water and sparkling water in the lobby area you can refill anytime. Great value for money.

It had a good carpark below and is right on a principle tram route giving access to lots of city attractions. We had an inner courtyard room which was very quiet, surprising given the the hôtels location on a busy road intersection.

Good location next to Tram line A. Great air conditioning and WiFi, comfortable beds and friendly staff. It’s a budget hotel so temper your expectations but for the money, it was good value for money. They even let us leave our case at reception after we checked out which allowed us to continue sight seeing.

Friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable bed and spacious room, excellent room cleaning, great quality meals and service at the onsite Bistro. Very handy to be so close to excellent public transport and shopping centre. I also loved the option to swap a room cleaning for a drinks token! Great idea!

Great location within walking distance of sites we went to. Hotel lobby was clean and welcoming. It's a convenient place to stay. staff was very helpful getting us a taxi. It was short 6 minute walk to nearby laundry mat. Maid was very helpful and gave me extra towels when I asked.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Bordeaux. Underground car park very easy to access €0.90 an hour. The tram stop is literally right outside the door (Palais de Justice) which made travelling around the city very handy. The room was clean not overly big but exactly what you need for a short city break. The hotel held our luggage the day of check out so we could explore more before going to the airport.

The staff was kind and always available, the room was comfortable and very clean. Moving around without the car was ok once we learned how to use public transportation, which is very well organized and reliable.
